| Kenneth and
Ruth Gardner founded the Gardner-Whitworth Insurance Group in 1946. In
1982, son-in-law William O. "Bill" Whitworth purchased the agency. His
son, Douglas N. "Doug" Whitworth became the third generation owner in
2005. We have two
offices to serve your needs:
- Mattoon, for customers primarily
in Coles, Douglas, and Cumberland counties
- Windsor, for customers primarily
in Moultrie and Shelby counties
